Job Description


1) Candidate must conduct Quality control audits on daily basis & publishing the audit findings & Observations to operations team.
2) Follow up with Operations team for closing quality issue
3) Analyze data & identify trends & issues, make suggestions for improvements & have strong analytical skills.
4) Must work with operations teams to implement Quality Management Systems.
5) Timely escalations of Quality issues to operations team & ensure resolution.
6) Conduct follow up audit in defined frequency.
7) Support operations team in improving KPI's by performing process improvement changes.
8) Preparing Weekly & Monthly QC reports.

Job Description  

Preparation and review of monthly preparation of indirect tax returns, credits and payments relating to VAT, Service tax and CST 
Sound understanding of GST being introduced 
Ability to apply indirect tax implications in various business situations 
Analyzing various business models with implications of indirect taxes 
Representation of the company at various assessing officers including tribunals 
Handling audits by various government bodies and departments 
Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluations on the basis of the mission statement
Ensure effective internal communication and task oriented approach Provide for employee and task related qualification regarding the requirements of SOX
Ensure the achievement of agreed targets. 
Accounts -Preparation and review of monthly financial statements relating to Tax areas as per KPMG formats

Taking care of entire production from planning to dispatch. Should handle PEB Shop and Steel structural fabrication. Coordinate daily rejection meetings for SBUs and discuss the outcomes on a monthly basis with the senior management team. Set and maintain controls and documentation procedures.  Monitor process changes and changes in product tolerances. Verify and validate performances of new products. Achieve quarterly target. Maintain SOP. Ensure quality
